Not exactly what I had hoped for but I guess getting close every week is good enough for now. Talked with BB coach today and she seemed to think that my goals were a bit high since it is more than two pounds a week. I found her to be helpful but they sure won't ever admit that the bb might not be reading cals burned properly and that it has to be your food and portions etc. Again, she may be correct but I have over estimated on many days. She went into the story of how even a lean cuisine can even have more X in any given package than another and so forth so I guess i am eating 3500 more calories per week than i thought. Again not killing the messanger here but I dont feel like I can be any more diligent. I am still happy with the progress and will continue to work hard.

I agree with you. the numbers just don't add up. The only thing I know for sure is the bodybugg is consistent. So when we find that magical formula (2 days at 2000 deficit plus 2 days at 1000 deficit - 2 days at 500 deficit = PANCAKES for dinner) then we will all be skinny. Until then, Lets keep going! I can't wait until I can go walking again. I think I'm going to lift some weights tomorrow sitting down. At least it is something.
ReplyDeleteI've been getting so obsessed with the numbers each day. I never get where I should be, but I think we are doing well. Clearly, you are doing all the right things. Your Bugg pics impress me. What sort of workouts do you do that get your burn rate up so high? The highest I've ever gotten is 12.1 cal/min.
