Well I am going to try and do this where it will make since since I am posting three days at once. Wednesday are usually good days for me because even though I am a little frustrated not hitting my goals it always urges me on to work harder. Most days I am doing a minimum of 40 mins of cardio on the eliptical machine with moving arms. I asked to bb coach about it and she said that the arm thing isnt what is making the exercise "harder" it is that I can do it at a faster speed. I do it at atleast 6 mph so I can do 4 miles in 40 mins.
