Saturday


Great day, back on the waffle diet :)
Tempered that with some ceviche at the Flying Fish... tons of protein and good for you too. A cup only has 171 Calories and then the put a couple of slices of avocado and cilantro. The only bad part was the chips that I ate it on, but only had 9 chips.... still adds almost the same amount of calories as the ceviche for a "condiment." Came home ad had a few glasses of my new favorite wine Geyser Peak Sav Blanc. The work out was more of the Life Fitness elliptical. I am starting to notice the calories burned starting to drop. People have always warned me not to continue doing the same exercise because your body get used to it and has muscle memory and I think that is what is going on now. When it drops to below ten I am going to have to start running. I have always said that I do not like to run unless there is a large man chasing me with a stick.
