I told you it was bad



I am not even going to post it one because i did it wrong and two because i had a surplus of 68 CALS.

Today was good, back on the good eating and good work outs. I can tell that my body it is getting used to the work outs and I am going to have to figure out a way to shake it up. My average work out spike there is dropping about a cal per min which isn't a ton but you can notice it. Did 3 miles at lunch and 6 at night. Food was much better it is amazing how much you can eat if you choose correctly/better. Not to mention no alchol and no chips.
