Today, Monday, February 23
Great work out at lunch and good work out after work. Food was really good today, but I am going to have to have more. I am really hungry! I weigh in on Wednesday for the third time. Today is actually the "non-official" third week and I peaked at the scale and I was exactly the same as last week I am hoping that is because I weighed at the end of the day. Tomorrow I will add up the deficits for the week and "project my losses for the week. It was a tough Wednesday, Thursday and Friday so I wont be crushed if I don't hit my goals but I did good today and plan on doing well tomorrow.
