Well these are probably all running together since I am doing a few days at once. I weigh in in the morning and some what excited plus I have my bb coaching session on thursday which I am looking for. All in all things seem to be going well. Just got through watchign the biggest loser and I want to make sure I am eating enough... I know i am on certain days but I wonder about some of the lower calorie days during the week. 8847 calorie deficit since last weigh in. Simple math says that is 2.5277435689012 pounds. I would be happy with 2.5.
