
Lunch and Evening work outs trying to make up for Thursday -Saturday last week.  Total Calorie Deficit for this week should be around 11,761 based on my food log I am sure the BB will tell me that I only logged 50% of my food or something like.  But if I am correct and I did over estimate on most day calories consumed than I should lose 3.36028571 lbs.  As you may remember from last week it was about half the average.  I am still hoping for three pounds.
 
Those are great deficits. Don't get discouraged if the deficits don't match the loss. A loss is still GREAT!!!!!!
