Pretty good work outs today had some 15/min burns which I was happy with. Did 3 miles at lunch and did 7 miles in the evening at faster than 7 mph. All the miles are really starting to take a toll on my feet and body. It is so fun with the BB to see calories clicking off and that is what has been keeping me motivated.
I had a 10540 calorie deficit even with the terrible Wednesday last week (66 calorie surplus) so even with a bad day I averaged 1505 deficit per day. I really kicked it up a few days there to try and catch up. According the BB fuzzy math that is 3.011654982 that I should lose this week. Not counting the extra calories I should burn tonight before midnight. As always I would be happy hitting my 2.15 pound goal but I feel like I should hit three or at least 2.5 lbs. It is amazing how this thing makes you obsess about tenths of pounds.
