Well after a long weekend of working out hard I was tired and a little burned out. Couldn't do anything at lunch because I had to go to the dentist. So just did a few miles in the evening and even cut that short because there were people waiting for the machines and I felt guilty. I still did 45 mins even though the sign says 20 mins, but really if people knew how little can be accomplished in 20 mins they wouldn't bother... not that 20 mins of exercises isn't worth doing I know it all adds up but for me that is only a bag of kettle cooked jalapeno chips at subway, or 4 tag a long peanut butter cookies, or 18 oz of regular coke, or 8 corn tortilla chips. Yes everything has been broken down to calories burned and if they are truly worth the time I have to put in moving around. I guess that is the thing I like the most about the BB and logging food.
